Account Creation, Security & Personal Responsibility
Registration Rules
To create an account on x9d, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account using a false identity, fictitious name, or another person's details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Each user may operate only one account. Creating or using multiple accounts is a policy violation and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
Password & Account Security
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. x9d is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.
If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately and change your password.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
Users must comply with the following rules when using the x9d platform:
- Attempting to hack any part of the platform or its systems is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automated bots, scripts, or any unauthorized software is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information is strictly prohibited.
- Fraudulent or unlawful activity on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- The platform must not be used for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
- Harassment, intimidation, or misconduct toward other users is strictly prohibited.
Consequences of Prohibited Activities
If any of the above rules are violated, x9d reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close the relevant account without prior notice. In such cases, any balance in the account may be forfeited.
In cases of serious violations, relevant information may be handed over to law enforcement authorities.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on x9d are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via approved methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Withdrawals require completion of the designated identity verification (KYC) process. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be delayed or suspended.
Transaction Verification & Limits
X9d reserves the right to review suspicious transactions. Accounts found to be using funds from illegal sources will be terminated, along with any associated balance.

Refunds & Dispute Resolution
Completed betting or gaming transactions are generally non-refundable. However, if a transaction error occurs due to a technical fault, a complaint may be submitted through the designated process. x9d reserves the right to make the final decision on all disputes, and such decisions shall be considered binding.
